Dumitru Baleanu was born December 4, 1964 in Romania. He completed his undergraduate at Craiova University, Faculty of Science, Physics Department in 1988. He received his master’s degree in 1989 and his phD in 1996 at University of Bucharest. He became Associate Professor in 2001 and Professor in 2006. His academic domain includes mathematical physics and applied mathematics. He has been working at Çankaya University and he is an adjunct professor at Near East University.
